Terms and Conditions of 933bet — Rules, Rights, and Responsibilities

1 Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain an account on 933bet, the player must:

• Only players with a verified account in good standing are eligible to claim bonuses.

• Slots wagers count 100% toward rollover; crash game wagers count 20%; certain progressive jackpot wagers may contribute 0% — check the terms of each promotion.

• Odds are published by 933bet and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds locked in at the moment the bet is accepted are the ones that apply — not the odds displayed when the user first started filling out the bet slip.
• Confirmed bets cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the player, except in markets that offer the Cash Out feature.
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement of an event, bets will be refunded in accordance with the canceled events policy — available in the platform's Help Center.
• Asian handicap, corners, cards, and other secondary markets have specific rules described within each market on the platform.

6.1 Odds Errors

In cases of obvious errors in odds publication — such as odds of 500.00 for a heavy favorite — 933bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the incorrect odds and refund the amounts wagered. Bets identified as having been placed at clearly erroneous odds to exploit the error may result in winnings being voided and the account being reviewed.

7 Casino, Crash Games & Jackpots

9 Account Closure and Suspension

The player may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or email. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix after the standard identity verification. Any uncleared bonus balance is automatically canceled at the time of closure.

933bet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in cases of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a judicial or regulatory order.

10 Responsible Gambling

In no event shall 933bet's total liability to a player for any specific incident exceed the value of the player's real balance at the time of the incident.

13 Changes to These Terms
